Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
The operations manager is responsible for overseeing & ensuring smooth day-to-day operations & business development of the hospitality division including 2 live resorts and certain other on-going projects. This includes but is not limited to:
- Leading recruitment of open positions / resources in the resorts.
- Support critical operational difficulties liaising with vendors.
- Manage & report monthly financial analysis & reconciliations with accounting team.
- Advise management on sales performance and targets based on competitive analysis.
- Follow-up & oversee property development & other investment projects.
- Liaise with Board of Directors to support required functions.
The role also plays a pivotal role to facilitate expansion & scaling of new projects as follows:
- Implement on-site management & policies for new projects going-live.
- Follow up regulatory & government approvals / renewals for property development.
- Facilitate execution of new investment projects.
