We are a developer of construction software and a high-end construction project management consultancy. Improving construction strengthens the very foundation of human civilisation. ( it)

As a consultancy, we are focused on genuinely upgrading the way construction projects are delivered. We bring control and clarity to projects using a pragmatic mix of the latest technology, our own processes, and a big dose of common sense.

The Role

Purpose of the role

You will be spearheading the digital side of all our marketing efforts and be the direct link between our marketing and sales teams.

Our Growth team is made up of our sales, marketing & video teams. Together, we tell the Laminar story to the world and make sure we are in the best possible position to continue forming long-lasting relationships with new customers. Your leader will be the overall Head of Marketing

To feed our sales team with useful insights and a steady stream of MQLs generated from a wide range of digital sources

To keep pace with the latest changes and developments in the digital marketing space, introducing new initiatives, tools and ways of working

As our Head of Marketing, you will:

Youll have full autonomy and the backing of our leadership team to introduce the right digital marketing tools and ways of working that will support our continued growth.

Generating insights to inform our business development efforts and providing our sales team with a steady stream of MQL's.

Ownership and management of our CRM system, ensuring lead, deal and contact information is correct and up to date.

Development and execution of a digital marketing strategy and overseeing multiple campaigns across several channels at once.

Development of marketing automation processes and systems, reaching large audiences with minimal effort.

Your Capabilities

You are a proven digital marketing guru who keeps pace with all the latest developments in the industry, able to develop a highly functioning digital marketing ecosystem making use of a wide range of marketing automation techniques.

Must-have (The fundamentals)

Mastery: Excellent working knowledge spanning across all digital marketing related areas including SEM, SEO and analytics

Communication: Proficient communicator in written and verbal English

Leadership: You lead yourself proactively and lead others by asking the right questions and challenging them

Impact: A track record of making organisations better using cutting-edge digital marketing techniques

Nice to have (If you dont have it now you will after joining)

Mastery: Can write code and excellent knowledge of full range of digital marketing tools most applicable to tech start-up b2b environments

Communication: The charisma, influence and presence to convince people to do new things and take the best approach

Leadership: A proven leader/coach/developer of teams or teams of teams

Impact: A track record of implementing end to end digital marketing solutions from scratch that had a significant and measurable positive impact

Can you tell me more about what the role is like?

You will have full autonomy on all things to do with digital marketing. Youll work alongside our growing marketing team to ensure all our marketing campaigns have the guidance, support and tools from a digital perspective to make them as successful as possible

Where would I be working?

All of our marketing roles are 100% remote and home-based. However, if you would like to work in a co-work space to get out of the house we can arrange that. If you are in one of our locations with offices you can come as often as you like.

Flexible hours

Compensation for this role depends on the level and will likely fall in the INR 1604100 - 2547500 annual range. We provide a competitive mix of salary, bonuses and equity.
