Responsibilities and Duties : Area Sales Manager - Home Loans and LAP (Builder/Broker vertical)1. Managing a team of 16-20 people. Team would consist of Channel Managers, Loan Managers and Doc Boys.2. Will be working with Channel Managers to crack exploit existing relationship of MB with brokers/builders and onboard them for HL/LAP program.3. Will be building a network of CAs who will give HL/LAP files.4. Conducting regular Channel Partner events and ensure that we build a vibrant Channel Partner community.5. Will be working with Loan Managers to ensure that loan files get processed in record TAT and with lowest rejection rate.6. Achieving the Monthly/Quarterly and Annual sales targets for the assigned territory in the North region.7. Driving the Sales team and the entire P&L of the assigned area.8.
