Department: Client Servicing/Social Media & Digital MarketingAbout the Role:We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Executive to manage client relationships while overseeing digital marketing and social media initiatives. In this role, you will coordinate campaigns, ensure smooth project execution, and actively manage social media strategies. If you have a blend of client servicing experience and hands-on social media expertise, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Client Servicing & Account Management:- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their goals and ensuring smooth execution of projects.- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, performance marketing) to deliver high-quality campaigns.- Manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets for client projects while ensuring deadlines are met.- Prepare reports, presentations, and insights on campaign performance to communicate with clients.- Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional digital marketing services.Social Media Management:- Plan, schedule, and oversee social media content for clients across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.- Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging posts, reels, and stories.- Monitor trends, engagement, and audience insights to optimize content strategies.- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community-building initiatives.- Track social media analytics and prepare performance reports.Requirements & Qualifications:- 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or social media handling in a digital marketing agency.- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media management, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.- Hands-on experience with social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple accounts.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.- A proactive and creative approach to social media engagement and community management.
