In this role you will be a member of the Maconomy Services Team helping the BAU team. Your role will grow as we further deploy and expand our Maconomy coverage both geographically and capability.



Reporting to the Maconomy Core Helpdesk Manager, this role is responsible for providing functional and transactional ERP system support. This is a great role to grow your Maconomy knowledge with hands on experience and training available to the successful candidate.



This is an exciting role working with the wider Maconomy Services team to provide a world class level of Maconomy support, development, compliance, governance, and security on a day-to-day basis and in support of Maconomy project deployments.



The Maconomy Services team provides the post go-live support, maintenance, and enhancement of the Maconomy solution that replaces some of our core technology and influences our ways of working for many of our colleagues at WPP.



This ERP programme will see Maconomy deployed across our global landscape to address the technology needs of Finance, Projects. The key to this programme is that technology is an enabler for change, it's at the heart of what we do, but it's not all of what we do. The people, process and compliance aspects of this programme are vital to its success. This role will help deliver that success on an ongoing basis for many years to come.




What you'll be doing:


• Documenting ERP processes, user manuals, and other related information for future reference
• Address and resolve Business As Usual (BAU) tickets promptly without SLA breach to minimize business impact. Investigate system issues, collaborate with the technology team to identify bugs, and facilitate timely fixes.
• Develop proficiency in preparing detailed incident reports and providing insightful analysis to prevent future occurrences. Possess strong reporting and analytical skills to evaluate data and make informed decisions.
• Providing recommendations for system improvements and enhancements
• Ensure overall coordination with business Finance teams, and IT teams!
• Managing the creation of project status, monthly reports, and deliverable reviews
• Provide functional and transactional ERP system support including but not limited to accounting, purchasing, production, distribution, billing, customer order entry and inquiry, and quality.
• Assist the technology team in all areas of technology including special projects.
• Review and document technology processes and procedures




What you'll need:


• Minimum of 3+ years' experience working in complex global organisations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an ERP analyst or similar role - Maconomy is preferred.
• Experience working in a Tier 1 ERP (Maconomy, SAP, Oracle, and Dynamics 365) global deployments and/or BAU environment - Maconomy is preferred.
• Ability to develop established relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and time and task management.
• Ability to work independently.
• Creative solutioning and strong problem-solving skills with agility for fast and simple solutions.
• Credibility, professionalism, and strong personal integrity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with system installation and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of business operations and processes
• Experience training users on ERP systems.
• ERP/Accounting software is an advantage.
