Job Description
Maintenance and upkeep of machines as per planEnsure uptime and running condition of all machinesIdentify and communicate requirement for spares5 S in the Machine shop areas
Daily attendance check and note absents
Department wise Manpower planning
DWM planning for all employees
Support in programming and part development
Oversee critical machining operation
Cross training across machines
Appraisal on a quarterly basis
Ensure discipline in the department Material requirement plan according to production plan
Processing parts as per planQuality control for parts produced on the machines
Calculation of uptime and recording downtime for all machines
Capacity calculation for each machine
Selection of tools for making the partsTool life recording and tool cost reduction
Process planning for parts
RCA & CAPA for Machining related issues DWM
Maintenance planProduction summary per week
Production summary per Month
Machine efficiency calculation
Manpower Training report
Manpower skill Matrix
