Position :- Machine Operator (High Speed Line)
Location :- U.A.E / Roorkee
Qualification :- ITI/Diploma
Experience :- 2 to 10 years.
Role & responsibilities
• Good experience of Lamitubes making machines KMK (high Speed Machine), Kombis 8005 ,PSG and mini 120.
• Good knowledge ABL/PBL tubing process. Able to product change over as per planning deploy the manpower as per plan
• Ensure RM (Raw Material) and PM (Packaging Material) as per requirement.
• Should be able to handle the multiple machines on same time.
• Adhering machine safety and training to machine crew.
• Ensure about quality of Lamitubes & Reducing the process wastage.
Technical Skills of machine operating:-
• KMK - machine ( High Speed Line Tubing Machine)
• Mini120
• AISA
• PSG
• Combie
