Green Surfer Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of LED products and electrical wires & cables. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Operator to join our team for handling the manufacturing processes of copper and aluminum house wires and cables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operation & Maintenance: Operate and maintain machines for twisting, coiling, and processing single-core and multi-core cables.
• Material Handling: Work with copper and aluminum materials for cable production.
• PVC Coating: Perform 3-layer PVC coating with precision to ensure product quality.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet company and industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in the manufacturing process to minimize downtime.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operating machines for wire and cable manufacturing.
• Hands-on knowledge of twisting, coiling, and processing single-core and multi-core cables.
• Expertise in 3-layer PVC coating.
• Strong understanding of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
