Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and experience operating various machinery, including press brake machines and lathes. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Duties

• Operate and monitor machinery, including press brake machines and lathes, to produce components as per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to understand production requirements.
• Program machinery as needed to accommodate different production runs.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Utilize hand tools and basic math skills to make precise adjustments during the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications.
• Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various hand tools.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
