ob Title: Machine Operator (Printing & Packaging Industry)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Machine Operator

to manage and operate machinery in the

printing and packaging industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines to ensure high-quality production while following safety and efficiency standards. This role requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate

printing and packaging machines

according to production specifications. Load raw materials (such as paper, ink, film, or cartons) into machines and ensure continuous operation. Monitor machines during operation to detect and resolve malfunctions or quality issues. Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to keep machines running efficiently. Adjust machine settings to meet production requirements, such as size, speed, and print alignment. Conduct

quality checks

on printed and packaged products to ensure accuracy and consistency. Keep records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities. Follow workplace

safety protocols

and maintain a clean working area. Work closely with supervisors, technicians, and other team members to achieve production targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus. Experience operating

printing or packaging machinery

in a manufacturing environment. Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of

color matching, printing processes, and packaging standards

. Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long hours. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in

shifts, including nights and weekends

, if required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with

offset, flexographic, digital, or gravure printing

machines. Knowledge of

die-cutting, laminating, or embossing

processes. Experience working with

automated packaging lines
