The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
- Set up machines for production, ensuring proper calibration and alignment.
- Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or anomalies.
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.
- ITI certification in relevant trades such as Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Electrician, or similar.
- Proven experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
