We are seeking highly motivated and skilled ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certified candidates to join our manufacturing team as Machine Operators. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes.Key Responsibilities:

• Operate various machines and equipment used in the manufacturing process.
• Set up machines for production, ensuring proper calibration and alignment.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or anomalies.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.

Requirements:

• ITI certification in relevant trades such as Fitter, Machinist, Turner, Electrician, or similar.
• Proven experience in operating machinery in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
