Job Description
Position :
Machine Maintenance Assistant- Food Packaging Line
Qualification :
Dip. or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Certification in PLC programming or electrical systems is a plus.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in machine maintenance with food packaging industry, hands-on expertise in PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or equivalent), VFDs, HMIs, motors, and sensors.
Job description :
Strong understanding of electrical systems, including relays, circuit designs, and wiring.
Familiarity with mechanical systems such as conveyors, sealing machines, and filling equipment.
Skills:
Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical diagrams.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Certification in PLC programming or electrical systems is a plus.
Work pattern:
The role involves a mix of on-site and operational support for food packaging lines.
Availability for emergency calls and extended hours during critical breakdowns is required.
