We are looking for an experienced and passionate Machine Learning (ML) Trainer to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, hands-on experience in Machine Learning, and the ability to teach complex concepts to students at various skill levels. The ML Trainer will design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and learning materials to help students and professionals acquire practical ML skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver high-quality ML training programs (online and offline) to students and professionals.

Develop course content, including presentations, hands-on labs, projects, and assessments on ML topics.

Teach core concepts in Machine Learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and more.

Provide real-world examples and case studies to help learners understand ML applications in industries.

Guide students through hands-on projects and assignments, reviewing and providing constructive feedback.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in ML and incorporate them into training sessions.

Assist in the development and updating of course materials to keep them relevant and industry-focused.

Mentor students, resolve their doubts, and ensure a smooth learning experience.

Provide insights into job opportunities in the ML field and help learners prepare for job interviews with technical guidance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

2+ years of practical experience working in Machine Learning, Data Science, or AI.

Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).

Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model selection, and evaluation techniques.

Hands-on experience with ML algorithms, including decision trees, neural networks, SVM, clustering, and reinforcement learning.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying ML models is a plus.

Previous experience in teaching/training or mentoring students in Machine Learning is preferred.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
