Core skills: \xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years proven experience in SW development. \xe2\x97\x8f Systems Engineering studies completed \xe2\x97\x8f Open to work on new technologies is mandatory. \xe2\x97\x8f Should have excellent programming/software development background. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in R Language is an asset. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience in .Net, Java and Groovy is an asset \xe2\x97\x8f Extensive knowledge of ML frameworks, libraries, data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent, proactive problem solver. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions. \xe2\x97\x8f In-depth knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and algorithms. \xe2\x97\x8f Should have excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English and have worked in global/multicultural environment. \xe2\x97\x8f Experience on ML tools/technologies. \xe2\x97\x8f

Qualifications

Roles & Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Study/ transform data science prototypes, design machine learning models and deploy appropriate ML algorithms and tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Understand customer requirements & business goals and develop effective, scalable AI/ML code (Low code using our list of partners asset or High code though Python, etc) \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop/maintain AI assets including define the problem, data extraction/ parsing/manipulation/augmentation, data cleansing & transformation Test and debug programs \xe2\x80\xa2 Select appropriate datasets and data representation methods \xe2\x80\xa2 Run machine learning tests & experiments as well as Improve functionality of existing systems \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results \xe2\x80\xa2 Train and retrain systems when necessary \xe2\x80\xa2 Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks \xe2\x80\xa2 As an individual contributor, coordinate with clients or internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support the practice into the shift of our capabilities towards IA with continuous up-skilling, Delivery framework improvements, innovation, recruitment activities.
