Job Title - Machine Learning Engineer
Experience in Laravel : 6+ yrs Role Description • Lead the development of ML models to solve complex business problems using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Oversee data wrangling activities to create robust datasets.
• Conduct and guide ML experiments to build and refine baseline models.
• Fine-tune models for optimal performance and ensure they meet business acceptance criteria.
• Document and communicate relevant artifacts and model performance to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deploy models into production.
• Plan and execute new product releases, coordinating with product teams.
• Set OKRs and provide mentorship and feedback to team members.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build ML solutions that align with product vision and add significant value.

Requirements and Skills • Strong technical skills with a proven track record in machine learning.
• Clear and effective communication of technology relevance to stakeholders.
• Curiosity and drive to learn about new business domains and technological innovations.
• Expertise in the machine learning model building lifecycle.
• Strong background in statistics and mathematics.
• Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with machine learning model testing approaches.
• Strong problem-framing skills and extensive experience in data wrangling and end-to-end modeling.
• Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with diverse teams.
