Job Description

Fundamental Objectives of this Position:

To contact, counsel, and encourage prospective students to make an informed decision about enrolling at MAAC and to continue increase the base month on month. To meet the targets of business forecasted monthly basis and drive the collection.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide academic and career guidance to prospective and current students

- Conduct workshops and presentations on animation industry trends and career opportunities

- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, and industry partners

- Counsel students on program selection, course choices, and career aspirations

- Address student concerns and issues, providing support and referrals as needed

- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure student success and retention

- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and emerging trends in animation

- Meet enrollment targets and contribute to marketing initiatives

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in education counselling or a related field

- Strong knowledge of animation industry and education landscape

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work with diverse student populations and provide culturally sensitive support

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Education, Counselling, or a related field

- Experience working in an animation or arts education setting

- Familiarity with student information systems and education software

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
