HI ALL, Greeting from Essenware..!!! we have opening for M365 position ,if intrested then revert bavk to this mail [HIDDEN TEXT]. please find the below JD. - Monitoring M365 Services Health 9Teams CQD, Services Usage Dashboard etc.,) M365 Service Management Dashboard License Usage and Teams Communications Credits Support Services Coordinate with other teams on incident tickets impacting M365 services Support M365 feature rollouts and migration initiatives Oversee M365 specific change request tickets Handle Tier2 tickets escalated by service desk Troubleshoot problem tickets Connect with end user investigating reported incidents Operational Management Maintain operational plans to tackle failure/ degradation of M365 services xMatters Service deterioration escalation contact Create documentation/ operational guidance for Tier1 support Document SOP for operational tasks SNOW incident analysis monthly/ quarterly/ yearly (e.g. Types, resolution time, mitigation strategies and end user experience improvement) Implement/ maintain monitoring capability of M365 services (MS Teams, Sharepoint Online, MS Project) Periodic end user survey (feedback on experience) Automate operational tasks Server Certificate management Administration Power platform M365 Tenant Admin MS DLP & AIP MS Search MS Teams One Drive & SharePoint online Project Online Licensing External Access Request Future Teams Telephony (TBD)
