Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

:

• Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 (M365) environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications.
• Manage and maintain M365 security policies and compliance requirements.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of M365 systems, ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Provide technical support for end-users, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M365 services.
• Create and maintain documentation related to M365 services, policies, procedures, and system configurations.
• Delivers high quality standards and strives for excellence; acts in a proactive, flexible and responsive manner to customer needs.
• Participate in planning and implementation of IT projects related to M365 services.
• DKIM (Domain Keys Identified Mail) experience
• Experience on Offline and Online archive management.
• Managing email protection and Email Filters.
• Office365 License allocation, renewal, and recovery.
• DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) experience
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of MS365 service health by analyzing logs and reports.
• Flexible to work on Oncall
• Experience on Service now ticketing tool management.
