• A minimum of a Master\'s degree (M Pharma) in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
• Previous teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, drug development, and related disciplines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
