Starestate, a leading name in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Luxury Property Selling Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. We are looking for a confident and bold individual, preferably a woman, with a strong background in real estate sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. The successful candidate should be ready to work in the field and bring a proactive and extroverted approach to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Luxury Property Sales:

Manage the end-to-end process of selling luxury properties, from lead generation to closing deals.

Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients.

Field Work :

Conduct property site visits and showcase luxury properties to potential buyers.

Attend networking events and engage in activities to enhance brand visibility.

Client Relationship Management:

Provide personalized assistance to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a premium and luxurious experience for clients.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on market trends and competition within the luxury real estate segment.

Provide insights to the management team to enhance marketing and sales strategies.

Negotiation and Deal Closure:

Negotiate terms and conditions with potential buyers to secure successful deals.

Ensure timely completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales.

Proven track record of successfully selling high-end properties.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Bold and extroverted personality, comfortable in a client-facing role.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, especially in the luxury segment.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ?206,424.37 - ?1,276,775.40 per year
