- Job Title: Sales / Closing Manager

- Experience: 3-8 years in Residential/ Real estate sales
- CTC: Decent Hike on Last Package + Incentives

- Sourcing walk-ins from the Channel Partners of Goa.
- Attending fresh clients & ensuring maximum revisits.
- Ensuring proper follow-up for leads / walk-ins for quick closure.
- Activating channel partners for marketing / lead generation activities.
- Participating / Organizing regular promotional events.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales & collection targets.
- MBA / PG with 3-8 years of Real Estate experience.
- Good understanding of Sourcing & Closing business.
- A self-motivated & go-getter attitude.
- Good presentation & communication skills.
- Result oriented with a solution-oriented approach.
