We are looking for a Luxury Sales Associate who embodies elegance, charisma, and exceptional customer service to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a luxurious and personalized shopping experience to every customer, ensuring their unique needs are understood and met.
• Represent the Spectrum Opticians brand with sophistication and professionalism.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of premium eyewear brands, styles, and trends to provide expert guidance.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clientele to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
• Ensure the showroom is always impeccably presented, reflecting the brand's luxury standards.

Who We're Looking For:

• Appearance: Presentable, stylish, and poised to match the high-fashion luxury brand image.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in luxury retail, preferably in high-fashion outlets.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
• Strong understanding of luxury customer behavior and the ability to adapt to their preferences.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.
• Personality: Warm, approachable, and confident with a keen sense of style.
