Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the lubricant and spare parts market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and technical presentations to customers.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers to maximize profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to anticipate future market needs.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and strategies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
• Travel to customer locations as needed to conduct sales activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in lubricant and spare parts sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong technical knowledge of lubricants and automotive spare parts.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
