Responsibilities:
• Product Promotion:
• Promote and sell lubricants, oils, and heavy equipment parts to existing and prospective customers.
• Educate customers on the features, benefits, and applications of various lubricant products and heavy parts.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and visits.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions and heavy parts.
• Sales Process:
• Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts or referrals.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers.
• Technical Expertise:
• Demonstrate technical knowledge of lubricants and heavy equipment parts, including specifications, applications, and compatibility.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding product selection and usage.
• Market Analysis:
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market conditions, and product performance.
• Administrative Tasks:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis.
