Responsibilities:
• Implement secondary sales strategies to achieve sales target and objectives.
• Identify and prospect potential retailers to expand distribution network.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with retailers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular market visit as per PJP to ensure sales, assess market trends, competition activities and identify opportunities of growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
• Prepare forecast report when asked
• Ensure process & compliance as per company standards
