Enables the transition to Agile by empowering teams to develop an Agile mindset Evaluating and Advising Agile Frameworks. Suggesting ways of contracting with vendors and customers. Ensure the product team has capacity to execute within each sprint. Facilitating product teams in adopting Agile / Scrum methodology via training and coaching. Removed impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment. work with the Scrum Team and the Product Owner to negotiate the minimum viable product for delivery.
