Responsibilities:
Female candidate's preferred.
Day to day cafeteria/lounge operations inclusive managing of outsourced catering partners, upkeep & maintenance, record-keeping, customer interface, feedback gathering, etc.
Pantry operations inclusive controls, record-keeping, etc.
All aspects of quality control in catering services, & monitoring of caterers' production facilities, etc.
Statutory compliances, including of food hygiene, laboratory testing, pest control, reports, etc
Responsibility of catering services equipment, including inventory, breakage control, upkeep & maintenance, etc.
Effective management of sub-contractors such as caterers, & other related vendors, and their onsite staff
Assistance in identification & shortlisting of various categories of F&B vendors
Menu planning and compliance
Processing of all bills, vouchers and documents pertaining to F&B operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?9,600.37 - ?25,000.00 per month
