We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our organization as the Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in startups, experience in handling recruitment for the Gig economy model, and be a graduate from IIM or an equivalent institution. This is a fantastic opportunity for a young and energetic HR individual.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives and policies to support the organization\'s growth and objectives.
- Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, specifically focusing on the Gig economy model, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and talent development programs.
- Develop and maintain a positive and engaging work culture that aligns with the company\'s values and vision.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Implement effective compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain high-performing employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to provide insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to the organization.
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering their professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in startup environments.
- Proven experience in handling recruitment for the Gig economy model.
- Graduation from IIM or equivalent institution.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and implement HR initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and building relationships.
A track record of successfully managing HR operations for organizations with a headcount of more than 500.
