US Shift (Timing : 7PM to 4 AM)REMOTEPosition Overview:We are seeking a talented and experienced Facebook Ad Operations Director to lead our Facebook Ads operations team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Facebook Ads ecosystem, coupled with expertise in digital marketing strategies. They will oversee the management and optimization of our ad campaigns, leveraging the capabilities of the Facebook Operation Centre to drive maximum performance and ROI for our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of Facebook ad operations, utilizing the Facebook Operation Centre to streamline campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our Facebook Ads campaigns, leveraging insights from the Facebook Operation Centre to optimize targeting, bidding, and ad creative.- Direct a team of ad operations specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the team delivers exceptional results.- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives and client requirements.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and advertising, particularly within the Facebook Ads ecosystem, and integrate these insights into our campaigns.- Analyze campaign performance metrics using the Facebook Operation Centre, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.- Identify opportunities for campaign optimization and efficiency improvements, leveraging the Facebook Operation Centre\'s tools and features to drive better results.- Cultivate strategic partnerships with third-party vendors and agencies to leverage additional tools and technologies that complement the Facebook Ads platform.- Ensure compliance with advertising policies and regulations, staying informed of any updates or changes that may impact our campaigns.- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the ad operations team, encouraging experimentation with new strategies, tactics, and technologies.Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, advertising, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.- 8+ years of experience in digital advertising and marketing, with a focus on Facebook Ads and ad operations.- Proven track record of managing successful Facebook Ads campaigns, with a deep understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.- Experience utilizing the Facebook Operation Centre and other Facebook Ads tools to streamline campaign management and optimization processes.- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with previous experience managing a team of ad operations specialists.- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.- Facebook Blueprint certification and other relevant certifications are a plus.- If you possess the necessary qualifications and are eager to lead our Facebook ad operations team to new heights, we encourage you to apply with your resume and cover letter.
