Position: Part-Time Workday HCM Trainer
Location: Remote
Payment: ?12,000 - ?13,000 per candidate trained

Overview: We are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Part-Time Workday HCM Trainer who is fluent in Tamil to provide hands-on training to candidates on the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday HCM and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts in Tamil.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions for candidates on Workday HCM, focusing on key functionalities and best practices.
• Provide hands-on access to the Workday software during training sessions.
• Develop training materials, guides, and resources to enhance the learning experience.
• Assess candidates' understanding and provide feedback for improvement.
• Maintain an engaging and interactive training environment.
• Stay updated on Workday HCM features and enhancements to provide current information.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in training or teaching, preferably in Workday HCM.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM functionalities and processes.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse learners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teaching.
• Familiarity with virtual training tools and platforms.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 9 per week
