Job Description
• Literature analysis/ evaluation reports;
• Work around process/ polymorph strategies for API;
• Work around RLD/ innovator's Formulation strategies;
• Non-infringement analysis; FTO reports;
• Study & summarize prosecution history of US, EP, CA, Indian patents;
• Patent filing/ drafting/ monitoring etc.;
• Opposition/ revocation/ invalidation strategies;
• Patent law enactment in countries such as US, EP, CA, India etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,478.67 per month
