Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP ERP Trainer to join our team on a part-time freelance basis.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ERP systems and a passion for teaching and mentoring. The role involves delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients and ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to effectively use SAP ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging and comprehensive SAP ERP training sessions for clients.
• Customize training materials and content based on the client's specific needs and requirements.
• Provide hands-on training and practical exercises to ensure participants gain a thorough understanding of SAP ERP modules and functionalities.
• Assess participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Address any questions or concerns from participants regarding SAP ERP systems.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP ERP developments and best practices to ensure training content is current and relevant.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SAP ERP Trainer with in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC).
• Strong understanding of various SAP functionalities and their practical applications in a business environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
• Prior experience in training or teaching is highly desirable.
• Ability to develop customized training materials tailored to different audiences.
• Flexibility to work on a part-time freelance basis, including the ability to schedule training sessions according to client availability.
• Based in or willing to travel to Medavakkam, Chennai.

Desired Skills:

• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Experience with instructional design and e-learning tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
