We are seeking a talented and experienced SAP Enterprise Product Development (EPD) Trainer to join our team. : In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to our trainees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP EPD implementation and training, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive training materials for SAP EPD modules, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Recipe Development, Formula Management, Specification Management, and Compliance Management.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to end-users through various mediums, such as classroom training, virtual sessions, webinars, and workshops.
- Customize training programs to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client, ensuring maximum relevance and effectiveness.
- Provide hands-on support and guidance to end-users during the implementation and post-go-live phases of SAP EPD projects.
- Collaborate with project teams and subject matter experts to identify training needs and incorporate feedback into training materials and programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Stay updated with the latest developments and best practices in SAP EPD technology and incorporate them into training materials and programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support on SAP EPD-related training and adoption strategies.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP EPD implementation, configuration, or training role.
- Strong understanding of SAP EPD modules and their integration with other SAP solutions.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand training materials and presentations.
- Experience delivering training in a corporate environment, preferably in the context of SAP ERP systems.
- SAP EPD certification(s) preferred, but not required.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
