Job Description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis, conducting online training sessions.

As a BODS Trainer, you will be responsible for imparting comprehensive knowledge of BODS to our employees/clients, enabling them to effectively integrate, transform, and manage data across heterogeneous systems.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct live online training sessions on SAP BODS for small groups of employees/clients.
• Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and real-world case studies.
• Adapt training content to cater to different levels of expertise, from beginners to advanced users.
• Provide personalized guidance and support to trainees during and after training sessions.
• Update training content to reflect the latest features and best practices of SAP BODS.
• Collect feedback from trainees to continuously improve training programs and materials.
• Manage online training logistics, including scheduling sessions and ensuring technical readiness.
• Ensure a collaborative and interactive online learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a trainer, instructor, or educator, particularly in SAP BODS or similar ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.
• Strong proficiency in SAP BODS, including data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and effectively in an online setting.
• SAP BODS certification or relevant SAP certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with online training platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.).
• Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings or weekends as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
