We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team to achieve outstanding results through our agency channel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and recruit potential agents to build a robust sales team.
• Lead your field sales team with strong leadership and motivation.
• Maintain open and regular communication with agents to address concerns and provide support.
• Share market insights with agents to help them tailor their sales strategies effectively.
• To increase productivity, track agent performance and give frequent feedback.
• Ensure agents are up-to-date with new policies, products, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
• Graduation compulsory
• 2+ years experience in field sales management
• Two wheeler
• Age: 25 to 38 years old
