Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle APEX Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis, delivering online training sessions to our clients.

Oracle APEX (Application Express) is a powerful development tool used to create web applications quickly and efficiently using the Oracle database. As a trainer, you will play a crucial role in imparting knowledge and skills to our clients, helping them leverage Oracle APEX effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Training Sessions:
• Plan and deliver engaging online training sessions on Oracle APEX.
• Adapt training content to meet the diverse learning needs and skill levels of participants.
• Ensure all participants understand key concepts and can apply them practically.
• Develop Training Materials:
• Create comprehensive training materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on labs.
• Update materials as needed to reflect changes in Oracle APEX features or best practices.
• Provide Support and Feedback:
• Offer guidance and support to participants during and after training sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback on participants' work and progress.
• Collaborate with Teams:
• Work closely with our training coordinators and other teams to ensure training objectives align with client needs.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for training sessions.
• Stay Updated:
• Stay informed about the latest developments in Oracle APEX and related technologies.
• Continuously update your own skills and knowledge to enhance training effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Oracle APEX developer or consultant.
• Previous experience in training or teaching Oracle APEX preferred.
• Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
• Proficiency in delivering online training sessions using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Flexible schedule to accommodate training sessions across different time zones.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
