Develop A Comprehensive Marketing And Leasing Plan. Develops And Implements Policies And Procedures To Improve Efficiency And Profitability Of The Department Monitors Trends For Competition In The Marketplace. Responsible For All Leasing Functions, Which Include Reviewing And Negotiating Lease Transactions And Agreement. Oversees Completion Of All Necessary Paperwork And Ensures Proper Customer Service. Responsible For The Productivity And Budgetary Performance Of The Leasing Operations Department Engage In Marketing Campaigns And On-Campus Events Develop And Follow-Up With Potential Accounts Proposals, Lease Offers And Documents On Incoming And Current Tenancies Managing & Sharing Marketing & Leasing Reports Marketing & On-Campus Engagement Activities And Events All Contracting Matters Pertaining To Leasing All Changes In The Company Policy Pertaining To Rates/Leasing. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 935,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
