Young & Dynamic experienced as a Merchandiser, also should be interested in Sales & Marketing

Strong knowledge of merchandising and garments

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and negotiate terms

Familiarity with different textile (Garments, Uniforms, Home Textiles, Fabrics etc.,)

Knowledge of domestic garment and fabric markets

Good to have Embroidery and Printing knowledge

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements

Education into Textile Background will be added advantage

Roles And Responsibilities

As Merchandiser

Assist in coordinating and executing merchandising activities, including product sourcing, pricing, and assortment planning

Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and handle supplier communication effectively

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify business opportunities

Contribute to the overall growth and success of the Company by actively participating in meetings and providing innovative ideas

As Sales Executive

Identify and approach new potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and brands

Maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Negotiate sales contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with clients.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings to showcase our products and services

Explore new markets and sales channels to expand the Company's reach.
