- Minimum of 10+2 are preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in International Customer Care Executive/ Sales campaign.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Strong command of English language.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales management.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
- Develop and maintain positive interactions and reputation with clients.
- Understand the business needs of clients.
- Handle inbound process for Travel Sales, catering to both B2B and B2C processes.
- Resolve queries related to tickets and convert calls into sales opportunities.
- Work full-time Night Shifts with 6 days a week schedule.
