Mechanical Design Engineer Design & Development of Rolling Stock HVAC Qualifications: BE/B.Tech - Mechanical Engineering : \' Understand all aspects of Mechanical design requirements as per RDSO/Customer Specifications, Standards and compliance. \' Hands on Experience of HVAC Structure design and professional exposure to welding standards. \' Hands on experience on making HVAC component layouts, Heat exchanger mechanical design, component mounting design, Piping layout. \' Expert user of Solid Works (3D modeling and 2D ). Hands on experience of AutoCAD. \' Ensure that proto HVAC unit is assembled as per the design requirements. \' Understand the project scope, requirements, evaluate and estimate the efforts. \' Plan & prioritize work and ensure engineering standards and guidelines are adhered to while designing the systems. \' Technical Documentation against customer specifications for proto approval process \' Ensuring quality and timely release of all deliverables. \' Coordinate with production team for necessary product changes & timely implementation. \' Understand and follow the product development process. \' Awareness of testing & qualifying standards for components used in Rail HVAC application. Job 2. HVAC System and Application Engineer System Design of Rolling Stock HVAC / Skills \' Understand all aspects of HVAC system design requirements as per RDSO/Customer Specifications, Standards and their compliance. \' Hands on Experience of heat load and system selection calculations. \' Awareness of system and heat exchanger level simulation. \' Professional exposure to psychrometric charts and refrigeration cycle. \' Awareness of Acoustic requirement is rail HVAC systems. \' Understand the project scope, requirements, evaluate and estimate the efforts. \' Plan & prioritize work and ensure engineering standards and guidelines are adhered to while designing the systems. \' Technical Documentation against customer specifications for proto approval process \' Ensuring quality and timely release of all deliverables. \' Coordinate with production team for necessary product changes & timely implementation. \' Understand and follow the product development process. \' Awareness of testing & qualifying standards for components used in Rail HVAC application. Job 3. Electrical System Engineer Design & Development for Rolling Stock HVAC (Electrical) : \' Understand all aspects of electrical design requirements and select electrical switchgears, motors and other electrical items as per RDSO/Customer Specifications, Standards and compliance. \' Hands on Design & development of electrical aspects HVAC and its Control Panel & Microprocessor controller. \' Hands on experience on wiring of complete HVAC control panels. \' Thorough knowledge of TIMS & Control systems for HVAC. \' Understand the project scope, requirements, evaluate and estimate the efforts. \' Plan & prioritize work and ensure engineering standards and guidelines are adhered to while designing the systems. \' Technical Documentation against customer specifications for proto approval process. \' Ensure electrical safety of the overall System. \' Ensuring quality and timely release of all deliverables. \' Coordinate with production team for necessary product changes & timely implementation. \' Understand and follow the product development process. \' Awareness of testing & qualifying standards for all electrical components used in Rail application.
