The Channel Sales Representative is responsible for driving the growth of insurance sales through the agency channel. This includes recruiting, developing, and managing agents to meet business objectives, enhance performance, and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Roles :
• Lead the agency channel by setting clear sales targets and driving advisor to achieve those goals.
• Monitor performance to ensure consistent achievement of targets.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance advisor.
• Provide continuous training and support to advisor, guiding them on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service to improve their productivity and sales outcomes.
• Foster strong relationships with advisor.
Must :
• Any graduate
• 2+ years of experience in sales
• 25-38 age
• Local preferable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
