Job Description

• Daily dispatch plan truck placement within 48 hrs reach to Factory
• Return Goods above 5 tons within 96 hrs and below 5 tons within 7 days should be

placed and loaded Part load should be loaded within 96 hours
• Insurance Claim

a) Insurance matter for Inspection should be closed within 7 working days.

B) Claim assessment within 15-20 days

c) Settlement of Insurance claim within 45-60 days
• Internal Stakeholder Satisfaction Index: Surveys or feedback forms that ask internal stakeholders to rate their satisfaction with various aspects of internal services, such as communication, productivity, and responsiveness.
• Reports : MIS Reports
• Customer Service: Improve Customer Service level - Delivery complaints, timely delivery - Daily
• Vehicle Transhipment time: Every truck reaches on time as per our standard - Daily

Coordinating with a factory team, another marketing team, office team, management team, docs team and accounts team in case of documentation amp; followups as to Return goods, transportation debit notes, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
