Job Title: Logistics Trainer Overview: As a Logistics Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of logistics personnel. You will be tasked with creating a conducive learning environment, designing and delivering interactive and engaging training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of the training. Responsibilities:

• Design and develop training programs that meet the needs of the logistics team.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, presentations, and assessments.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to identify training needs and to develop training plans.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices to ensure that training programs are up-to-date and effective.
• Provide feedback and coaching to trainees to reinforce learning and encourage improvement.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, booking venues, arranging equipment, and catering where necessary.
• Develop and implement training plans to address performance gaps and support continuous improvement in the logistics team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a logistics trainer, with a track record of delivering effective training programs.
• Strong knowledge of logistics concepts and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to design and develop training materials.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively with teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
