Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths and are aligned with strategic business objectives
Ability to develop and deliver both content and professional development skills.
Design and develop programs and curriculum
Strong instructional design skills to create high quality programs for all methods of program delivery.

Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments: ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
