Utilize your logistics expertise and supervisory skills in a manufacturing environment. You will leverage your team\'s experience and skills to support on supply chain services, inventory control, critical parts availability, material handling, import-export licensing, shipment of products, and third-party warehousing. You will evaluate customer support and field service commitments to ensure customer requirements are met. You will provide data analysis for production planning and volume studies; and participates in process/rating improvement efforts. As a team supervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioral competencies to deliver high impact to business results.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the team to execute the logistics strategy.
• Manage overall operational targets
• Evaluate material flow.
• Ensure transaction compliance \xe2\x80\x93 Warehouse Transactions\xe2\x80\x99 / Mfg. Stores transactions.
• Supervise logistic team \xe2\x80\x93 3PL / Direct reportee\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Improve labor efficiency.
• Manage Third Party Warehouse relationship
• Drive team excellence and talent retention
• Drive continuous improvement culture

JOB ACTIVITIES:

• Manage Mfg. Stores & Logistics Function Day to day activities
• Monitor Inbound/Outbound transactions ensure high level of compliance.
• Improve operational efficiency Service levels of Mfg. Stores & warehouse.
• Inventory management & monitoring inventory accuracy at stores/warehouse.
• Reduction in Warehousing/Manpower Cost.
• FG/SFG/RM/ Spares \xe2\x80\x93 Secondary packaging Process Monitoring.
• Packaging material requirement planning & inventory management.
• Monitor daily GRN & Material issuance to Production lines/Projects.
