Job Description
Logistics Specialist We are looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a logistics role, with a strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation. Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are available to meet customer demand.
- Plan and coordinate shipments, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and tracking deliveries.
- Work with suppliers to ensure that products are delivered on time and in full.
- Manage customs clearance and other documentation for international shipments.
- Track and analyse logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of goods.
- Bachelor\'s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a logistics role.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
