Logistics Supervisor
Job Description
We are urgently hiring Transportation Supervisor for Chandigarh Location.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Scheduling transportation services and planning routes.
• Negotiating with All India Transporters for getting good freight and maintaining good relations with them.
• Generating E-way Bills and managing all documentation in proper formats.
• Keeping transportation operations within budget without compromising efficiency.
• Processing transportation documentation and follow up with drivers for weighing receipts and other documents.
• Developing, implementing, and improving transportation policies and procedures.
• Liaising between management, drivers, and customers.
• Collaborating with internal departments to optimize transportation services..
Qualification & Skills required:
• Supervising loading and offloading of goods.
• Negotiation and Relationship building with transporters all over India
• Analyzing the transporters services and maintaining database of transporters.
• Generating reports & maintaining MIS for management's review.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
