: Logistics & Store Executive

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and organized Logistics & Store Executive to oversee and coordinate the dispatching process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date dispatch plans, managing vehicles and their maintenance, ensuring accurate stock entries for inward and outward movement, arranging truck drivers, and maintaining proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Dispatch Planning & Coordination:
• Develop and maintain up-to-date dispatch plans to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor daily dispatch operations to meet delivery schedules.
• Vehicle Management:
• Ensure optimal use of the vehicle fleet to meet delivery demands.
• Track vehicle availability and assign vehicles for dispatch as required.
• Vehicle Maintenance:
• Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for the vehicle fleet.
• Stock Inward & Outward Management:
• Manage stock entry for both inward and outward movement in the system.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for accurate stock management.
• Truck Driver Arrangement:
• Arrange and schedule truck drivers for dispatch.
• Ensure drivers comply with company policies and safety regulations.
• Document Filing & Reporting:
• Maintain proper documentation of dispatch records, vehicle logs, and driver details.
• Prepare regular reports on dispatch activities, stock movement, and vehicle maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Proven experience in dispatch management, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with vehicle management and maintenance procedures.
• Proficient in using stock management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage and coordinate drivers and vehicle schedules efficiently.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday (Sunday weekoff)
