What will you be doing?

The incumbent will be responsible for managing the Field Assets and Consignment inventory across locations.

The role includes:

Responsible for managing Instrument sets deployed at all India level

Responsible for managing consignment inventory for India

Responsible for meeting the KPI\'s

Provide support to continuous improvement activities/projects to improve efficiency and cost

Supervises Fields Assets and Consignment Inventory available at the customer locations.

Timely reporting of the Field Assets and Consignment inventory to the stake holders.

Performing audits of Field Assets and Consignment inventory at Customer locations.

Tracking and reporting productivity data against instruments sets deployed

- Reconciliation of Field Assets and consignment inventory and upkeeping of stock in system.

Coordinating with the Warehouse team for regularisation against consumption of the Field Assets and Consignment inventory.

Co-ordinating with BU to seek decision on differential between book and Physical stocks

Ensuring & Tracking instrument sets as per plan and follow up for deployment plan.

- Manage Intercompany transaction i.e. Purchase return, follow up for CN\'s.

Monitoring and reporting of incomplete Field Assets and coordinating with Planning team for the availability of the incomplete parts.

Generating & publishing required reports.

Manage Intercompany transaction i.e. Purchase return, follow up for CN\'s

Assures compliance with customs, export, applicable foreign trade/importation laws

Vendor Payment tracking and submission of bills to Finance for processing payments.

Work with Finance on Credit Notes, Export data, in a time bound manner

Close coordination with all the concerned functions i.e. Sales, WH, CS, Planning

What will you need to be successful?

Successful candidates would need the following:

Graduation. Post Graduation preferred.

Experience:6+ years of relevant experiences with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes

Competences: Inquisitive, analytical, objective, results oriented, excellent communication and people skills

Licenses/ Certifications: Any additional Supply Chain, Process Excellence, Analytics, Project Management certifications would be advantageous
