As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Dispatcher to identify and engage with U.S. importers using advanced research tools.

Job Responsibilities:

Use company-provided tools to research and identify U.S. importers and their regular shipping lanes. Extract key importer details, including shipping patterns, preferred ports, and frequent trade routes. Maintain an organized database of potential leads and update it regularly. Assist in initial outreach efforts by compiling targeted importer data for the sales team. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before passing it on for sales engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Stay updated on industry trends to refine research methods and improve lead accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in lead research, data extraction, or logistics-related roles. Strong proficiency in using data scraping, research, or lead-generation tools. Familiarity with supply chain, freight, or drayage logistics is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations is preferred. Ability to work independently and meet research targets.

Monday to Friday Night shift US shift
Supplemental Pay:

Quarterly bonus
